The Higher Education Regional Alliance (HERA) has launched a microcredential portal to help professionals find certification programs offered by higher education institutions in the region that support upskilling needs and career growth opportunities. The portal catalogs more than 120 programs in business, education, healthcare and technology.

HERA is a collaboration of 18 southeast Wisconsin colleges and universities, and a network of partner organizations, including Milwaukee 7.
