Company offering high quality turn-key manufacturing moving to MKE region

Centerline Design & Fabrication, a company offering turn-key solutions for end-to-end manufacturing, has signed a lease to move their operations from Waukegan, IL to Rawson Avenue in South Milwaukee at the former Bucyrus campus. The company had outgrown their space in Illinois and reached out to Milwaukee 7 and the City of South Milwaukee for assistance.

The new space will allow them to expand operations, attract new projects, and potentially add staff.

Adam Buckley, President of Centerline Design & Fabrication. “We owe a debt of gratitude to the city of South Milwaukee, in particular Mayor Shelenske and his staff, as well as the economic development and building departments, and to the M7 group for all their support and assistance that was graciously provided in this transition!"

Said South Milwaukee Mayor Jim Shelenske: “We are pleased to welcome Centerline to the former Bucyrus campus and downtown South Milwaukee. In our discussions with them and Milwaukee 7, we concluded that this was the best place for them to grow. We’re proud to include them with the high-quality manufacturing tenants already onsite.”

“We are thrilled Centerline Design & Fabrication has chosen southeastern Wisconsin as its new home,” said Rebecca Gries, Milwaukee 7 Vice President of Corporate Attraction and Expansion. "It proves the M7 region continues to attract growth-oriented manufacturing companies seeking to capitalize on the skilled workforce and supply chain available here.” M7 connected the company to community partners and helped the Centerline team navigate and enter southeastern Wisconsin's workforce pipeline.
