Yes. M7 is a public-private partnership funded to serve companies considering expanding in or to the Milwaukee region. There is no fee for any of our services.
How quickly can M7 move?
Fast. We've taken projects from first conversation to signed lease in under 60 days.
What information do I need to get started?
Whatever you have. A general sense of your space requirements, industry, workforce needs, and timeline is enough to start. You don't need a formal RFP to give us a call.
