- Racine businesses have a long history of inventing and making things. Racine inventors created malted milk, the blender, the blow dryer, electric clippers, the portable vacuum cleaner, and garbage disposals. - Kringle, Wisconsin’s State Pastry and a specialty of Racine County’s Danish Bakeries consists of 32 layers of flaky, buttery dough filled with a variety of fruits and nuts and baked until golden brown.
